I’ve invested time, consideration into this prestige 15 pan palette . Every shadow is pigmented and applies with a single swipe. These shadows can be applied with either the ball point of your finger for beginners or with a precise brush. Which adds more depth to the eye. This palette was created to provide a sense Encouragement to Women. Being that We too battle slight battles, I took time to ensure my vision was explained and promoted adequately.
